Thomas Hart (otherwise James Hart) guilty of forging a Bill of Exchange for £42 - purporting to be drawn by Gorge Price on Messrs Halliday, Duntze, Praed & Co. in favour of Thomas Jones - in the parish of Kidderminster on 13th June 1775.  He was tried at the Lent Assizes but judgement as respited till the Summer.
